You will discover how to stop destroying your own mental toughness by unleashing your inborn ability to flood yourself with unstoppable confidence during major events, furnishing you with amazing unfair advantage over your competitors.

Skeptical? Elite National Team and Olympic athletes in Canada felt the same way as you at first...yet now they are saying, “Conventional sports psychology is archaic.”

Today you have the opportunity to:

My name is Lisa Brown and I’m an athlete too (in the Canadian ice sport of ringette, similar to ice hockey). I love my sport, but for the first 14 years of competing I was what you’d call a ‘mental marshmallow.’ Here's what happened to me:

I'd work really hard to prepare for a peak performance – I mean with 100% preparation -- only to wake up the day of my event feeling scared to compete.

Tennis Player Struggling with Sport Mental

Worse, I had every reason to be confident, and didn’t know why I felt this way.

I knew I was good enough, but for some reason, I couldn’t summon the confidence I needed, and I was usually ended up playing passively. Here’s another one…

Sometimes I'd start out confident, aggressive, and with the right game plan only to encounter problem after problem such as a bad start, an opponent who is ‘on fire’, poor conditions, an unsupportive coach, or a teammate who can’t get it together.

Pretty soon, despite my initial confidence, I'd get that sinking feeling in my stomach that today just wasn’t my day.

Under-Performing Your Sports Mental Toughness

The worst part was that I thought I had the mental toughness to perform until these things crept up on me. And finally:

Sometimes when I bombed…whether it was due to fatigue, a surprising opponent, or simply a sub-par effort on my part…I'd really struggle to re-gain my motivation and confidence before my next event.

Tired Of Losing Your Sport Mental Toughness?

I'd try to re-group using positive thinking, yet continued to feel doubt...and, my coach just kept giving me technical corrections, only making me feel worse.

Can you relate? Have these things this ever happened to you?

If so, I’m guessing when any of these things happened, your Dad, coach, or friends said things like, “You need to be more positive. You just need to believe in yourself.

Or they said, “Don’t worry about it. You’ll do better next time.” But no matter what they said, you kept thinking about it.

In fact, these failures really ate you up inside. And I’ll bet the reason why it got to you was that you were secretly worried that your performance and lack of mental toughness had something to do with you (and not just the circumstances you faced).

Possibly to this day you still have the feeling that there was something amiss with your sport mental game, and that your results could have been different…and if you would have known the RIGHT sport psychology approach to take, things would have turned out differently.

Unfortunately, you’re probably right. Chances are your mental toughness did have something to do with your disappointing performance, and things probably would have turned out differently if you would have known how to deal with the situation.

You can prevent these situations from happening to you and reach your potential as an athlete…if you know what to do when it comes to sports psychology…

The Secret to Performing Your
Best Under Pressure

The main issue here, and the thing blocking you, is that mental toughness and confidence are not easy subjects to understand. Just being a talented athlete or coach doesn’t mean you’ll instantly know how to shine under pressure in your biggest events.

Just because someone tells you to ‘believe in yourself’ doesn’t mean you can do it instantly. Of course, these people have good intentions. They’re trying to make you feel better.

But they’re accidentally making the situation worse by telling you to believe in yourself, because it doesn’t help. It only makes you feel worse because you question your mental toughness.

This situation is MOST dangerous when you don’t catch it early enough…the next thing you know, it’s too late to stop yourself from choking. Let’s face it, there’s nothing worse than figuring out your (or your athletes’) confidence is in trouble the day of the event. It’s hard enough to qualify for big competitions…you can’t afford to blow them because you didn’t handle your mental game in advance.

You don’t want to risk another season (or longer) and take the chance of never reaching your potential just because you didn’t know how to perform your best under pressure.

There is some good news here. I believe there is something you can do about it.

You CAN learn how to have mental toughness and confidence under pressure. You can learn how to perform flawlessly in big events, no matter what.

How do I know this?

Because after years of experiencing the frustration of choking under pressure, I decided to do something about it…and I embarked on a mission to find answers.

These answers didn’t come overnight. I spent several years carefully researching and applying different mental training strategies. Fortunately, my efforts did not go to waste. I went on to play for Team Canada for ten years, scoring the winning goals in the dying minutes of three World Championships. I tell you this not to impress you, but to impress upon you that mental toughness can be learned by me, by you, and by any athlete who applies himself.

For over 14 years now I've worked with thousands of professional and weekend athletes, just like you… helping them master mental toughness. I currently serve more than 3,752 online athletes in over 14 countries including Canada, New Zealand, Australia, Great Britain, and the United States. Olympic and National Team athletes in many sports including hockey, badminton, golf, speed skating, fencing, softball, figure skating, and curling have routinely paid $300 per session for private coaching. It's since been my lifelong career.

Here’s what I discovered:

The 3 Deadly Mistakes Athletes Make Under Pressure Without EVER Realizing It…

Through my research and personal experience, I’ve found that these 3 mistakes are responsible for more failures in sport more than any other factor:

Mistake #1: Trying to Control Your Performance and Winning

Sick of Losing Your Sports Mental ToughnessMost athletes are obsessed with winning. They’re thinking about how to perform well and look good. They’re especially obsessed with not choking.

Maybe you’ve been there yourself.

I know I have. Many, many times.

The obsession with performing well and winning usually comes with another impulse: TRYING TO CONTROL – your confidence, your performance, and winning.

Here are some of the signs of an athlete trying to control:

Mistake #2: Not Knowing How to Defeat Your “Demon”

Most athletes don't know the right sports psychologyDid you know that there is one thing that makes you lose your confidence more quickly than anything else—and that this stressor is completely unique to you?

While there are many stressors you can face in competition (a mistake, a bad start, negative coach), one of these affects you more than all of the others combined. I call this your “demon stressor”. Your demon is the stressor that will cause you to lose your confidence unless you have the proper mental toughness antidote for it.

Sadly, even confident athletes can fall victim to losing their confidence when their demon shows up. If you want to perform your best under pressure, figuring out what your demon is and defeating it is a MUST.

Let’s talk about Mistake #3…

Mistake #3: Over-Criticizing Yourself

Sick of your old sports mental game?Have you ever criticized yourself for getting frustrated or performing poorly?

You might find this shocking, but here's the truth:

Frustration is not the problem. It's perfectly natural to get mad if you're under-performing. Also, briefly under-performing is Ok too. Sometimes an opponent out-smarts you or you get hit by a weird setback.

It's how you CHANNEL your frustration that counts. Most athletes make the mistake of channeling their anger inwards, towards themselves. They over-criticize themselves in a way that’s destructive. This is the same thing as being too hard on yourself.

If this describes you, not only are you going to be on an emotional roller coaster when you compete, but you'll be a bad student of your sport.

Here's why.

As long as you are over-criticizing yourself, you cannot get to your good feelings about yourself.

When you self-criticize in a destructive way, you are creating shame. You are basically saying to yourself, 'I'm not good enough.'

Unconsciously, you are assuming you cannot get the performance you want from yourself. This is based on a view of yourself that says, 'I can't do it.'

There is a better way to channel your frustration for better performance, and all champions know it...

Here’s How to Perform Flawlessly Under Pressure No Matter What

Winning The Sport Mental GameWouldn’t it be heavenly to be able to predict you or your athletes’ performance in big competitions? To take the guesswork out of it? To know, beyond a shadow of a doubt, that you can trust yourself to deliver a peak performace on demand?

Would you like to learn how to trigger breakthrough confidence inside yourself before your event--and maintain it?

Wouldn’t it be nice to learn the proper psyche up method for guaranteeing yourself a killer start? All athletes know there’s nothing like a superior start to put them in a relaxed, confident state of mind. A great start takes the pressure off you and lets you have fun while competing.

Would you like to have an almost “unfair” advantage over all the other athletes when it comes to competing…including younger, athletic opponents and veteran, wily ones?

Are you tired of the stress of never knowing whether you or your athletes will “show up” on game day…race day…competition day?

Do you want to break free of the destructive cycle of shame that follows you when you choke? Would you like to escape the fear that you’ll never reach your true potential, and that your chances for lasting achievement are slipping away?

Do you ever feel underrated by your coach or teammates and wonder if you’ll get the recognition you deserve from them? Are you tired of feeling so anxious before big events that you wish you could quit?

If you answered YES to any of these questions, I have some thrilling news for you…

I’ve put together the definitive mental toughness for sport guide that literally any athlete can use to help her perform flawlessly under pressure no matter what.

Your “Secret Weapon” for
Performing Under Pressure

I've taken the time to write down the core sports psychology tips I've learned and discovered in my new system in plain, easy-to-understand language. A good friend showed me how to publish the book online and make it available to you for instant download.

Keep reading, and I'll show you exactly what to do. It doesn’t matter if you are a recreational or elite athlete, the secrets I will share with you will elevate your game to the next level. I know these secrets work from personal experience. If you’re looking for the real path to breakthrough confidence – and to avoid the mental traps and mistakes most athletes make – this could be the most important information you’ll ever find.

The Secrets Your Competitors Hope You
NEVER Find Out…

Have you ever watched an athlete like Michael Jordan, Wayne Gretzky, or Tiger Woods put on a display of incredible mental toughness? Where this athlete showed a profound ability to stay in control and triumph when facing setbacks and adversity?

We’ve all seen it, and I’m sure you’ve personally demonstrated it many times in your athletic career, too.

But can an athlete display mental toughness consistently?

The answer is YES.

You might not have the physical skills of a Michael Jordan (or be seven feet tall), but you can learn how to play at the upper limit of your talent consistently – whatever that talent level is.

So, how does this happen? How do you develop the intangible mental toughness factor?

Well…as you can imagine…most athletes have never been taught this stuff...in fact, most athletes try not to think about their nerves. They just want their fears and frustrations to go away, and they want mental toughness to just happen.

Even if they wanted to learn mental toughness, they probably wouldn’t know where to go.

And that’s where I come in. When I set out to create this mental toughness guide, I made it my mission to find what REALLY works when it comes to peak performance under pressure…and discover how any athlete can train himself to cultivate it naturally in training and competition.

After I successfully applied these concepts to my own sport, I worked with thousands of elite and weekend warrior athletes…and I made some shocking discoveries…and realized some common things…

I noticed that successful athletes are not people who perform well under pressure. Nobody performs well under pressure. Successful athletes are people who create an internal climate for themselves in which they do not feel overwhelming pressure.

I saw that there was one distinct thing these champion athletes did to trigger unusually high levels of confidence and self-trust which paved the way to success in big events.

Each one of them also had a unique way of starting major events so they rarely found themselves “behind the 8 ball,” trying to come back…instead, they were completely psyched, right from the beginning.

They also had a way of dealing with coaches, teammates, opponents, and officials that created goodwill, trust, and respect, so their energy wasn’t being sucked dry by conflicts and petty jealousies.

Can You REALLY Learn Mental Toughness
In A Book?

I’m going to level with you.

I can’t give you mental toughness.

No one can. You develop mental toughness in training and competition.

What I can give you is something only a precious few athletes know, and that’s exactly HOW to approach training and competition so you become more mentally tough every time you compete.

Will it work for everyone?

Of course not. Mental toughness requires a bit of work to develop, and not everyone is willing to follow through.

But what if this knowledge gives you that one title, trophy, or medal you’ve always wanted? Or, what if this helps you really, truly have fun while competing? Or rescues your motivation from the brink?

What would that be worth to you?

What if there’s even a chance that this definitive guide can actually teach you how to be one of the top athletes or coaches in your sport? What if you can really learn how to be one of those athletes with the will to win, the kind who makes everyone around her better?

What would that be worth to you? A thousand dollars? Ten thousand? For most athletes and coaches I know, it would be priceless.

One thing is for sure: sometime soon, you’re going to be in a situation that demands the courage to win…and you’ll be very grateful you discovered these secrets.

Here Are Some of the Secrets You’ll Learn Inside My Informative Book

“For the first time I was able to maintain focus!”
Dany Guada Sports Psychology Success Story

I am 47 years old. Since I was a kid I liked to play tennis but at that time was expensive for my parents and they couldn`t afford it. Two years ago I had the chance to start having lessons, I thought that for this kind of sport you must start when you are a kid, but I was wrong. Soon I started to play matches and now I am playing in local tournaments. I have to play to 18 years old kids sometimes, and at 47 this is very tough but I like the challenge. Today against all predictions I won a tough match and I know your book helped me do it. I was most of the time down in the score, but I won anyway 4-6, 7-6, 7-6. For the first time I was able to maintain focus in the important moments in a very long match. Thank you very much!
